If you need a bike rack, buy Saris!

I recently bought a Saris Bones 3 Bike Rack, easy to use extremely adjustable and the customer service is fantastic. I stripped one of the plastic thumb screws that hold the bones tight to the rack, called them up and they are sending me a pack of replacements. I asked to purchase, the customer service rep said its no problem they should be there by the end of the week, free of charge.

I have a hitch mounted Yakima, and I'm not real impressed with it. Wish I wouldve bought something else.

x2 on saris, its all my shop sells and i have used the roof racks myself and they are awesome
