What is the best way to get rid of corrosion on a male plug end that goes into the ballast? I can post pics tomorrow if that helps.

electrical connection cleaner, its an aerosal spray that will clean any corrosion on any copper or metal plug with help of a wire brush.

It is going to be almost impossible to get a wire brush inside where the corrosion is. What else could I use instead of a brush?

I guess it is worth a try. I have checked out everything with my lights, even swapped out ballasts, ignitors, checked fuses, and put new bulbs in and it still doesn't work. All the componets worked on the other light so it has to be the corrosion.

The problem with this is that my headlight are a custom retrofit and the plug end with the corrosion is actually built into the headlight assembly. I didn't make these and I don't have any means of communication with the guy that I bought them from.
