Providers: ATT,RR,DTV sticky?

Everything changes so quick/often, sticky area?

My latest lube free attack from RR goes like this:
I got there "everything" pkg for $100 a month, that
turns into $120 or so after tax and tipping fee.
Not a year into it and my actual bill is $150!!!

Im not at home to get the breakdown but Im ready to
try ATT now, anybody elses RR jump up well beyond
there bogus contract rate? This on top of the fact they
offer new customers an even lower rate than my false
original contract. TimeWarner still sucks dont they,
never should have given them another try :(

This subject almost needs its own section judging by
the threads, that along with choosing TVs and computers!

We have Time Warner and RR. Its ok and can live with it, although as said the bill keeps going up and up. We really want to check further into Uverse, but its not available here yet. At&t said that the lines need to be redone. Thats in the 53220 Zipcode.

Charter is doing the same bullshit. Were up to almost $150 or more a month. Starting to get pissed off.

I am sorta screwed though as there are no other internet providers in my area where my apt is. Sucks.

I just have basic cable and 2 mbs internet. Runs about 60 a month or so plus taxes and other bullshit.

Dump the phone, just get magicjack along with roadrunner and directv. Magicjack makes calls through your high speed internet connection for only about $20 per YEAR! Unlimited calling throughout the USA. Caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding included. As long as you have a semi newer computer maybe within the last 2-3 years you will have no problem. Screw paying $35-$40 per month on something you don't need.

Direct TV about $50-$60/month
Roadrunner about $35/month
Magicjack less than $2/month

Add it up, its much better than the bend me over all in one

Got home to review bill, yup same crap EVERYTHING went
up and several new charges unacounted for. Im just now
remebering they did this before and I have only had the
service since Oct I see. 2 year gaurantee???????

As far as Direct TV, well if any door to door rep of there's
ever knocks on my door Im gonna throw them down the
stairs to the basement just before I tie them up and go
over my extortion experience with them...

The ATT people have been to my house 2 times in the
last few months looking for handouts, if I can get one
of them to take acountability for ATT's service and I
can copy there DL for reference Im gonna try it ;) The
guy who I grilled from TWC before commiting this time
quit or was fired after my first run in with them :flipoff2:
