View Full Version : How long are Girl Scout cookies good for?

So it's that time of year. I just ordered some more cookies and noticed that I still have a few boxes left in the pantry from last year yet.

Are these things any good still? I know some foods can last forever. They're still sealed up.

Would you eat them or am I asking for trouble? No dates on the packaging so I assume they may fall into the "non perishable" family maybe???

They won't hurt you, lol.....cookies, unless they have fresh fruit/fresh cream fillings, are pretty much good for eternity. the absolute worst case scenario is they'll taste a little stale and blah.

Maybe after they sit for a while they ferment or develop hallucinatory properties......let us know if you start to see little purple gnomes running around, LOL.....(just kidding!!!!)

Awww.....you don't like Girl Scout cookies???? But they're so good!! In a gross sort of way....kinda like a Twinkie....it's nasty, yet you always end up wanting more..........lol

They just never appealed to me. And neither do Twinkies. Imagine that, a fat guy who turns down cookies and Twinkies.

Would you prefer if they were made from girl scouts?
