Tax filing hell

I do my taxes online with a H&R Block site. I finish it and then tells me an error with form 8880 keeps me from filing. I get on the horn to H&R, and they tell me a form was not loaded into the program and I have to wait till the 25th to actually file. Crap!

I used to do my own and would spend many hours organizing and making sure i was taking any deductions i could find.
I was very disappointed with the tax programs as well when they leave you hanging with missing forms and incorrectly applied deductions.

Now for a couple dollars more than a tax program and no headaches i let a tax pro do mine for me.

I've used Taxcut for years. Even had a tax accoutant do it also one year and he came up with the same amount the program did. I can't wait to file. Got tons of dough coming back.

To me, there is NO reason for them to screw up on a form. Unless of course the stupid IRS was asleep at the wheel. I want my money damn it! With four day work weeks and and rent going up and car show season a ways off yet, I could kill.

If I would not have gone in and demanded my W2s, I think my boss would have sat on them till the 31st. Pays to be in receiving and knowing when the packet from Paychex comes in.
