Lets think spring!

With these beyond cold temps I just can't help but try to think about spring. It's right around the corner really.

So what's everyone's plans? Auto related and not?

My first plan is to buy another 240 asap. This sharing one car thing is getting old real fast with our schedules.

Another thing I'm really looking forward to is building a large arbor above our back patio. The back of my house is really ugly. It looks like a damn hotel. Observe:

The arbor will finally give it some character. Hopefully a deck will be int he plans this year.

Other then that I'm just looking to get out there and smell some cut grass and hear some tires squealing.

Hell, Im just glad to finally have mine stored and get it out of the salt n stuff. I got it put up just before that big snow fall hit right around christmas. I'll have to invest in a good detail at jason's auto spa but my car needs it to get it right after last summer of neglect and I'll be good to keep it up on my own from there as its got some nastyness going now.

I have no major plans for the car, Just now that I am no longer working third shift to finish some small projects on the car and drive the wheels off it, last summer was hard we had very sick family and my wedding so this summer seems to be shaping up for the better

My plans are to buy a house (well most likely rent until I actually have credit) and then do more track days as well. With the Runoffs being at Road America this year, I am sure I will spend more time at racetracks crewing, but that's okay too.

I'll still be in Iraq, but I plan to buy a new Camaro convertible (Z or SS) when I get my RR time this summer, but all depends on if my 98' sells by then. If not, I'll probably still buy another one, I'll just have 2 until the 98' sells.:thumbsup

PLans.... Bike needs pads, rotors, and calipers rebuilt. Might look into upgrading the mastercylinder, new handle bars, and doing a chain and sprockets. Hoping to have the car back on the road, but not sweating it. I'm taking my time as money and parts are available. Plus next year she gets collectors tags.
