Electrician needed in Racine

Hey guys,
I need an electrician that is gonna be in the racine area to remove 3 wires from the circuit panel and sign off on the paperwork so I can sell my house. I would just do it, but they threw in that they wanted a licensed electrician remove the wire. Bastards.

I cant do it. Even though I am a Journeyman Union Electricain, I am not licenced in the state to sign off on Electrical Inspections.

I should rephrase, I dont need a signoff. I just need a licensed electrician preform the work. whatever paperwork, ie.. service paperwork should work. The buyers had a home inspection done and made it a condition of sale.,
