What companies do custom aluminum extrusions? As in I sent them my 3"-10" diameter part, and they extrude it and send it back?

All the extrusions we buy are formed into shape and delivered to us as a 12' long bar. We saw it to length then machine it.

What are you trying to make? Do you want someone to make a copy/duplicate of your part? Aluminum extrusion would be a very expensive way of going about it.

Wisconsin Steel and Tube is good at finding inexpensive mills in redneck non union areas, half price of ALCOA. Quality seems good.

I work with composites, but I'm not sure what the boss would like to have done. Just researching places that can do it.
