I know I have to fill out the form for special plates but just want to check for personal plates as well since mine are like 2 weeks late.

Not yet. WisDOT hopes to make this option available in the future. Until the personalized database is available, you can find out if a personalized plate message is available by e-mailing your request and the type of plate you want to have personalized to: special-plates.dmv@dot.state.wi.us.

Personalized plates cannot be reserved by charge card.

I'm pretty sure you can only have it on one plate, regardless of style.

Otherwise people would just order one up on a Packer plate, have it painted to look like a regular plate, and go on a crime spree.
