Micheal Phelps swears by it, I think if you get the same version he used you develop a lisp.

I think I have 12 different languages on one disc. I will try to make a copy for you.

My mom and aunt have both used it with great results. It just takes the effort on your part, so you can find other, cheaper, programs and just spend the time on it.

I DL'd it and tried it out. I didn't put much time into it, but I learned quite a bit quickly and I'm sure if I kept it up I would have done quite well and I'm not very good at languages.

Is this the program that teaches by repitition? I think it would be very difficult. Good luck, though.....

I use it. I am teaching myself Russian. It is honestly an amazing program.
I get it free through Carroll University because i'm a student. I did pirate a copy though too.

Honestly though - I think it's worth the $500. amazing program.

I speak ~ 5 or so languages now. English, scottish, Irish, Austrailian, new zealand...and of course, my native tongue, southern. I'm slowly picking up U.P. and Canadian.

Your screwed either way because MATC charges about $400 bucks for classes now and that doesnt include the cost of books.

I've used it... to brush up on German, which I had two years of in high school. It's no replacement for an actual course IMO, and I certainly don't think it's worth $500. If you can find it used... or pirated... it might be helpful. But don't expect to suddenly be fluent. Learning a foreign language takes repetition, immersion, and most of all use. If you don't use it... you'll lose it quickly.

I've got Chinese and German. The program is nice and very easy to start learning. Is it worth $500 though, probably not.
