im rebuilding my 10 bolt for learning experience. this is one thing i cant do. i simply dont have the correct tool to do this part. all i have are one of those slide hammers. i have nothing to grip the outside of the bearing.


any of you guys have access to a machine that can take the bearings off of the carrier and then put new ones on? i have the 2 bearings ready to go. i just need someone to do this part.



i will gladly pay whatever the price is to do this. no problem that way

I've got the tools for that job, but I'm a little bit of a drive. I'll be glad to help out if you can't find anyone closer to you.

Bearing separator and a press. I have it. In north Racine.

If you're desperate you can break the old ones off using a cold chisel and then press new ones on.
