I may have the chance to to pick up a VW GTI. It's an effort to help out the stepson, who may not be ready for monthly payments. Thinkin' on swapping him cars and I'll pay for the GTI and he can just have the RS.

what do ya think!

Why give up the RS? Keep the VW then let him buy a beater..:devil

Ya'll gotta remember the RS isn't much more than a beater now. Most of the rust is fixable, however the 3rd gen are plentiful and cheap.

Anyhow, not real sure what is gonna happen will know more towards the end of the week ( lil farker is in Mexico right now layin' on the beach probably smokin' a doob :fire ).

Did I miss something?
1. He's in Mejico.
2. You're here.
3. You don't like cold.
4. You don't like snow.
5. You don't like winter.
6. You're going to give him a car so his "expenses" aren't too great.

Did I get all that correct?

It's 96 I believe with the 2.0 4 cyl.

Yes Ron you just about have it. Ya see he has a note cosigned with his grandmother so he could buy the car. Well he booked this fu@#in' trip to Mexico and told everyone he had made his payments. When the bank called his grandmother she was livid. If he is not gonna be responsible enough to make his payments, then fine he can have my POS and I'll drive his nice little GTI

Hmmmm, might be a decent car man. You might want to seriously think about it. I like those GTis anyways

Well, OK, you can take the Hitlermobile off the irresponsible brat's hands and bail out grandma, but no need to let him wreck a real car like an F-bod. Let him use your Lawnboy tractor for transportation until he "saves enough money" for another car. Hahahahahahahahaha!
