My Hero....lynch is switching his setup to a Sonny L headed BBC monster.

Although nothing on it when its ready to go will be Chevy....it still hurts to see him go away from a Ford :(

Funniest thing Coop...

I know you are at a toyota dealership... BUT... if you look at the majority of dealership closings nationwide, Ford ranks highest. Weird to think hey?

Back to the original point. Yes Lynch is switching, but the fact is that engine is not a Chevy, Ford, or anything else. It's custom. The reason for the switch is because the Chevy heads flow the most.
Now, if you look at the guys running outlaw drag radial...Hance runs a Proline engine, and I believe that Fiscus does too. Proline is the best of the best period. All Lynch is concerned with is breaking records and going as fast as possible. You have to remember that there are 30k 1/8th mile races all over the south on the weekends during the summer so he has to stay on top no matter what.
I would bet that he will have a ford engine under the hood sooner then later
