I never understood the infatuation with Gambit. He was brought in way too late and aside from tossing cards had no physical strentgh. If they elaborate on Colosus one day, that will be bada$$!

I watched the cartoon as a kid, and he was often a main character in the series, whats why i've always liked him.

I'd love to see someone on colossus one day as well. Really there's alot of good stories behind most of the characters.

I like gambit, however I think it was more of his personality that I liked....kind of that suave ladies man type. I will agree that he came in too late as well. His power was the ability to make any kind of matter into an explosive....the cards were just his weapon of choice.

I had heard they were doing a beginnings movie for both Xavier and Magneto (focusing much on his holocaust experience) too...but from the looks of it, this project has either been put on hold. Too bad...probably could have also been a pretty good flick too...maybe an arthouse (think schindler's list) comic book movie.
