my buddy got a good deal on a LT1 '93 firdbird and is looking to mess with the computer whats the best tuner for these cars?

not yet he just mentioned when i got parts for my truck he works at our pewaukee location he had a 94 for a longtime (like 12 years) then crashed it in the fall so now lookin to get another and of course modifing once i can get pics you know they will be posted!
