Well I figure I am new here and I just bought a new Glock 23. My brother (don't know his user name) is a member here and so is one guy I served with overseas with (bobby72GTO). Well here is my new Glock 23 since I don't have a car I drive a 2007 Ford Ranger. I also have a S&W M&P15 AR as well as a Benelli Nova shotgun.

Ask and you will relieve (well all but the girl pics ;) ) But this is my AR and yes this is outdoors section I figure my FX4 Offroad Ranger fits here. On the AR I have an EOTech red dot optic, railed foregrips, Command Arms adjustable stock, front foregrip, and I just replaced the rear sight with a MATech BUIS. No pictures of my shotgun on photobucket currently. Sorry.

I stand out in a crowd and I kind of like that. Comes in handy with all the other Mall Crawler SUVs at the mall. LOL

If I remember correctly the sight cost about $480 it came with the mount that it is on called the Accucam system. They have changed it a little now you get the lens covers which I want to order. If you haven't already check out AR15.com that is another forum that I frequent pretty regular. Besides for my Ranger site.

I bought it at http://www.gggaz.com/index.php?special=78

The EOTech comes in lots of sizes as well. If you keep your eyes peeled on AR15.com, you can get them at a decent price. Unless you want to spring for the big buck ACOG, the EOTech is the best sight for the $$$$.

Nice guns!

I've always been fond of Glocks...especially the Glock 23! Perfect size for my smaller hands. Then again I use to sell them so maybe I am biased.

No hate to XD's though, both are great.

Nope my brother is on here his name is xxtremeteam or something along those lines.

I was going to by a Springfield XD but I still can't get over the safety on the back. The XD-M has a thumb safety but I am used to the Glock and I really like them. I wanted to stay with the 40S&W since thats what my Glock 22 shoots. The agency I work for I influenced them to buy EOTechs for our ARs in the squads so needless to say we are running them at work too since they had a 4 month testing period with one. LOL :durr

Gotcha...

They actually keep AR's in the squads and not M4's or M16's? Thats pretty gay...... If you need an assault rifle, you need an ASSAULT rifle IMO. Figured the PD would be able to aquire class 3 firearms for law enforcement use.

Figured the PD would be able to aquire class 3 firearms for law enforcement use.

Training, insurance and funds for class 3 is an issue
according to an article in Tactical Weapons last year.

From personel experience I cant hit a squirel running
squarly up a tree using an auto, given the option I
would take a semi auto shot over a 3 round burst for a
guaranteed and safe hit in public. I've never fired a
long barrel full auto but my 16" CAR was useless for
anything but showing off even with little 52gr SP.

Our tax dollars might as well go to somthing worthwhile instead of paying for people that cant keep a job.
