Brand new brake lines from the master cyl to the rear axle
New Rear axle/hub seals
Brand new rear tailgate, professionally painted

Will need new front rotors. Shaking upon hard braking.

Honestly I dont see you getting much over $2000 for it with the way things are right now. Older SUV's can be picked up CHEAP now. I just picked up a 95 Grand Cherokee Limited for my gf for 1300 with all the options, leather interior and a sunroof.

I'm expecting between 2000 and 2500 on ebay so I guess that's where it stands.
