The prices vary on when you go, plus there are senior/student discounts. I had a good time and am glad I went. I also saw the Ghosts of the Abyss at the IMAX. It's alittle expensive if you're paying for more than yourself, but it's interesting.

Museum + Titanic Admission Weekday Weekend Members
Adults $ 21 $ 24 $ 10
Seniors(60+), Teens(13-17), Students w/ID $ 18 $ 20 $ 8
Children / Youth(3-12) $ 13 $ 15 $ 5

yeah I got it for 20 cause I still have my student id. Dont forget about the $9 parking too lol. And most of their exhibits are around the same price range so its not much different than anything else that has come. If your into the story then go for it, its worth it.

I was hesitant about this one but from the sounds of it I gotta see this exhibit.

Yeah, you don't get to see EVERYTHING in the exhibit because the museum just isn't big enough for everything that goes to the big cities. But it is still cool to see.

I know someone who took a temp job down there for the exhibit. They tell me it's pretty good but kind of creepy too. I saw it back in '02 when it was down in Chicago.

Rumor has it that the exhibit is haunted too. They told me several workers and patrons have reported seeing the same person wandering the exhibit area at all hours. (business and non business hours) They say he's a man in his late 40's wearing period clothing.

I don't really buy the ghost story thing but that's what I've been told.

Are you talking about the "Bodyworld" exhibit, or "Titanic?" I could easily see either one being haunted.....I didn't have the guts (pardon the pun) to go see "Bodyworld." I was pretty sure it would've grossed me out too bad.

I am assuming the titanic one because he says period clothes body world would be pretty modern for a term like that sounds cool, how long is this in town again?

Well, I saw a thing a while back on (I think) the history channel, about this guy who was preserving bodies in the same manner, and it was during the Victorian era. He even did a horse that way....it was really gruesome. The bodies reminded me of the skinned people from the "Hellraiser" movies, lol!

Korndogg
12-08-2008, 04:16 PM
