I can't stand seeing it either! The types of owners who find anything they can in a JC Whitney catalogue and stick it on their car or truck. I should get a set for my Buick, at least they'd be more "correct" than 99% of the rest :banana .

Anyone remember the "Oldsmobuicks" of the mid-nineties? People would take whatever crappy parts they could get off Oldsmobiles and beater Buicks, and just.....switch 'em around....Seats, trim, anything they could interchange. That was real common in my old neighborhood. (14th and Mitchell St.)

Yup ever since wal-mart and autozone have begun hawking them about a year ago I see them everywhere in my area. (ghettohood)
I have seen the arrowhead shaped ones placed upon the center caps of one auto, and others placed oddly in weird places all over the car.
And I see Summit is hawking "lighted fender vents" also, $120 and they are shaped like what GM uses on the Lac trucks.

The fender vent design cue kinda befuddles me also F-Series and other trucks with fender vents ? :goof
