Was on the History International channel on thanksgiving. i watched the second half of it and dvr'd it and just watched the first half.

very interesting movie about the Pilgrims, how and why they came over here. shows how the native americans role played out and how these people literally risked their life to have religious freedom. pretty crazy, i don't remember ever hearing any of this in school. the story isn't like the storybooks tell it. full of business deals gone bad, late night secret meetings, death, betrayal, and extreme courage. highly recommended to anyone who likes history!

Yeah, you should be able to pick your own channels for $1 each per month. My tv would only have FSN, ESPN, SPIKE and Comedy Central, and none of those crappy programming for women channels.

That was going to be a requirement, but Cox and TW nixed that. Politics. I think in some parts of the country you can do that.

I hate the "programming for women" channels. I AM a woman, and they make even me wanna barf.
