I really, really love 70's-era stuff, anything, really......I think everything today looks too polished, and most furniture to me looks like it either belongs in a doctor's/dentist's waiting room, a lawyer's office, or in a psychiatrist's office. I like bright, tacky, obnoxious things.

I like bright, tacky, obnoxious things THAT GET YOUR ATTENTION.


I agree with you but in today's society it's not 'cool' to be 'loud' with your individual style. I personally think it has a LOT to do with the way that people 'lived' during the period that that couch was made, which isn't as accepted in 2008.....:shades
