View Full Version : anyone else having trouble with i-tunes?

won't let me download anything?? says that there is not enough memory available, and that there is a problem with the i-tunes store and that i should try again later. wondering if it is my computer or an actual problem with i-tunes. :confused

not sure didnt transfer mine just started over only had 100 songs on my ipod have over 8 gigs of music on zune and 2.5 gigs of video and pics on mine

iTunes seems to be working okay for me...

Although the 2.1 --> 2.2 iPhone upgrade *almost* bricked my iPhone. I had to do a recovery on it and lost all my pictures/call log. Seems like Apple has been rushing a lot of their software releases lately and not putting in the testing they should.

Guessing you skipped over the "Backup System" button before doing the upgrade?

Just clicked upgrade with the the defaults checked. So it did a backup right away then proceeded to blow away 2.1 and then loose communication with the phone. The phone and iTunes got into some weird state when I attempted to restore and it didn't work until I reset the computer and the iPhone and did a restore. It then restored finally but when it restored I lost all my apps, my recent calls log, my photos I shot (partially my fault since I didn't have the photos synced), all my bookmarks, notes and alarms, email account settings, etc.

tried that and that did not fix the problem. sounds like a lot of people are having this problem.

I did it and it works fine with my itunes and Iphone.... havent had problems with either. I dont like any of the apple stuff besides the Ipod and iphone.:thumbsup
