Its an old pop up camper, floor is nice and solid frame is great. Has a nice step bumper on the rear and heavy duty tongue jack with a wheel. Both tires and the spare have good tread, all lights worked fine. Sides are a little weak, pull em off and make it a flat bed? Would easily hold two quads or?? $250
