saw a impulse blue GTO with a single exhaust outlet exiting on the driver side driving on hwy 45 by silver spring rd this afternoon at about 1:15. Grill inserts were painted silver, lightly tinted windows, license plate said: "NEWBS". Anyone know this guy? car looked nice :thumbsup
