I watched all of that with my Eyebrows raised up !!! My question is why did he see this coming vs. everyone else. When he was getting ripped on a bit he was calm and sure of his statement.

Best word he used is Artificial, that fits so well .

About 18 months ago, I told two of my friends not to exceed %50 of the value of their houses equity for all of his purchases combined. One listened, the other did not. You can probably guess what happened.
