I don't know what I did but Holy Shit.

First I get rear ended. My Wife gets layed off all week and shes sick. I got layed off my second job.

Monday night my my parents were at Froedtert during the snowfall. They had to park on the roof of the structure as it was a late appointment and they arn't handicapped. So as they go to their car my mom slips lands flat on her back and cracked her skull. She is in NICU now with a brain bleed and a subdural hematoma.


Then I get home last night go in the basement to do some laundry and there is a 3 foot ring of sewer water around the floor drain. So I call Rotor rooter and spend $ 185.00 to have my sanitary drain snaked to the street.

Oh I almost forgot I went to court for my second speeding ticket this year and the DA said no break for you. He said If I didn't learn back in January then I deserve to pay. So that cost me $186.50 and 3 points.

I have just about had it with 2008 :flipoff2::flipoff2::flipoff2::flipoff2::flipoff2:

Wow. Sorry to hear all the bad news. Prayers go out to you and your family for your mom. I'm sure she will be fine as we have seen in the past with Yoo and others on here.

I am so sorry to hear this. If there is anything I can do, let me know Dan. We all know you have been there for all of us whenever we needed it.

I really hope your mom and wife are okay too.

I have realized God or what ever higher power anyone else believes in,does this to make us realize how good things are,you need hardship to truly understand the joy sometimes. Your too cool of a cat to be held back too long

A good friend of mine and business associates wife died last night of cancer. She was 42. They had been fighting it for 2+ years. I went to lunch with him last week and it sounded pretty bad. He is one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

Things could get A LOT worse for many of us.

I like to consider your bad luck as "Character Building Days"

Hope things turn around for you.
