I have a 20,000 sq ft warehouse. It has 2 10,000 sq ft levels. This winter I am offering storage on the upper level. It is in downtown Milwaukee, next to the Leinenkugel Brewery. The warehouse complex is owned by the Miller Brewing Company. The complex is fenced in with an 8ft barb wife fence, and also has 24hr manned security. The building is secure and climate controlled.

We have plenty of storage for you to store whatever you like, cars, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, junk from your attic, whatever you want.

The rate is $50 per car per month, or $50 for a spot about the size of a car for your snowmobile etc etc, boats will be determined depending on the size of the boat etc.

Call me at 414-731-1793 or PM me.
Chris

MODS IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS POST AND YOU DELETE IT, CAN YOU PM ME WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT AND I'LL GLADLY FIX IT.

is it solely storage, or can minor work be done on the cars? Im guessing anything that wouldnt make a mess, or at least clean up the mess before you leave?

sure work can be done if you would like, but like you said, make a mess, clean it up, or I'll get Chuck Norris to Punch you in the face :-)

heck I'll give you the whole 10,000sq ft if you want.

As far as work is concerned we'll have to put your car away from other people's if you plan to work on it, and yes if it is something that If you need more room to work on your car I'll have to charge you more. what kind of work did you have in mind? Give me more details and I can give you a better idea what we're looking at.

this is heated.
However, don't expect it to feel like palm springs. Since we pay the heat we're keeping at what we feel comfortable in (sweatshirt weather, mid 50s)

unless you want the full 10,000sq ft and then you'll be responsible for heat and that will be between you and We-Energies.

Is it a safe location? Any way to keep our cars and parts safe from theft?

Yes. Also, your car/ parts / evidence will be on the 2nd floor of the warehouse, Very few people come to the warehouse, just customers whos cars I am working on to pick up their cars. Less than 10 people per week. And those people only see the 1st floor and a garage door that leads to a ramp that goes to the 2nd floor. The only people who get to see the 2nd floor are people who have business there.
