Decent reviews, all of which state TV is great, lots of inputs on rear, but the remote quality sucks.

yeah but for $499 it makes a good bedroom TV at the very least.

Who cares if its only 720p? What do you have that supports 1080p? TV isn't 1080p in HD unless you have DirecTV (or dish, I forgot which one). Most XBOX 360 games don't support 1080p. BlueRay supports 1080p but the difference between 720p and 1080p is dismall.

By law all HD TV's that support 720p must support 1080i as well...if that's what you're trying to get at.

It now shows as a deactivated Item. Guess it must have been a misprint or something.

the experts are predicting a huge price drop for flat screens this year. High inventories and low sales are going to make the upcoming months a great time to upgrade.

I wouldn't mind sending the 42" to the bedroom and upgrading to a 52"+ for living area :D :wooo

Nah, panels are going to get cheaper now that the companies have been sued for pricefixing LCD panels. So TVs are going to get cheaper.
