yah it's a Toe hook, Car comes factory with it there incase of emergency, but he decided to make his look like that all the time, there is some sort of cover for it.

I <3 Daytona Violet... About... A year and a half ago I had a chance to buy a factory 19k mile '95 Daytona Violet car... And passed... I love those cars though... :thumbsup Best of luck on the sale for him!
