Just remembered the stock fuel system on 98+ (non returnless) use a fuel filter witha built in regulator. There is a 3rd connectoin that attaches to the return line back to the tank with quick disconnects.

In this picture, you can see the filter in the upper left corner...

The secondary tank is filled buy a jet pump that transfers to the opposite side.

George, can you verify if those two large 3/8" lines in the pic that appear to go from tank to tank are the factory transfer lines from tank to tank? because the pump is in the left tank and thats where they appear to be headed...
