Mine is a 2001.5 with the dreaded ESP.... All B5 S4's have open diffs. The ESP system uses the brakes to control the front and rear diffs when it is activated. My car goes nowhere fast with ESP (traction/yaw control) ON. It kills all the fun.

honestly your mustang is just as ricey...i mean crackered-out... honestly i don't like exaggerated cars like yours and the civic we built. body-work wise we didn't do it. we built the motor setup and tuned it.

btw your car looks like the older brother of this civic.. both blue paint and riced/crackered-out stickers....... hood scooped-out and sh1t....both cars are indentical in it's own right. nice and ugly in it's own right!!! Just that the civic is trully faster for both cars being real true street cars. :thumbsup

nice setup. i was from behind and did see all the races. first civic you raced a car cut right in front of it...civic was slightly catching you until the civic stopped cause the car cut infont. You were about 1 car ahead of the civic then you guys raced...hmmmmmmm..so yeah you were in front of him already in the beginning.......hmmmm

the other civic that you posted up with the picture, when you guys raced, you stopped at about 75-80mph. and i don't know why you never race head to head.. you always seem to want to be up a car then you'll hit the gas...like you want the other car to chase you down...then you stop suddenly......hmmmmmmmm!!! Just from what i observed from last night. Never did I see a head to head race from 35-45mph to 100+mph!!! hehe!!! yes guys and this happened at the track legally....;););) hope to get a better race out of you....

your S4 is nice regardless...awesome car and setup!!!

Really?? The civic has some seriously "creative" body work.... At least the Mustang has a "finished" exterior. You have to admit that these cars are *worlds* apart as far as fit/finish/quality appearances are concerned.

Yes there was no formal "go" time, although twice I did wait to hear the other car "spool up" before hitin it!

i like classy looking sport compact cars, and this is far from that, sounds like you are of the same opinion. kudos to how fast it is, but if i saw that thing driving through my town i would laugh, as you probably did when it rolled into your shop. unfortunelty i couldn't get a my car without the "rice" options like the scoop or the one sticker on the car :rolleyes: the scoop will be gone next year when i swap it out for the unpainted carbon fiber hood. as for the sticker i will keep that :thumbsup

You should do some research before you go calling people asshole, because now you just look like an idiot.

Those tires are made for DOT class racing. They come shipped with 3/32 of "tread" depth. Soon as you mount them on the car and drive a mile or do a single burn out, you no longer have a street legal tire.
