I know a few months ago scrap batteries were being bought for upwards of $10 each when scrap in general was at its highest point ever. Well of course I didn't get my sh!t together then and now I still have about 8-10 sitting in my garage, and now I want them gone. I know I could just take them to the City of Milkwaukee garage on 38th & Lincoln but figured I'd try to get something for them and not have to make the trip on top of it.....:headbang

PLEASE let me know if you know of anybody buying them at the moment, time to clear sh!t out and prepare for the snow......:flipoff2:

Take them to Remy just down the street. They are still paying. My boss just got rid of a whole crap load of batteries from the fork lifts and the boats. Prices not good, but why give the city the batteries. I think about $3 or $2 a pop. Give them a call Monday! I know Krall in Big Bend was paying $3 a battery a couple of weeks ago.

West Allis Salvage takes them 80th and National area. I took one in with some other stuff, Don't remember how much I got though. Was $5 earlier this year when everything was high.
