going on a flight and my stupid laptop only last an hour!! it would be awesome if i could borrow it for a week :banana1:

if you have like 50 bucks you can probably just go buy a cheap ass one. They aren't that expensive anymore.

dont feel like spending 50 bucks :) i would rather pay someone a small rental fee. lol

Not trying to thread jack but I was just going to post a thread identical to this.....:eek

My wife is flying to California this Friday (10/24) and she is also looking to use one for the flight(s) only. I am willing to sign a rental contract, leave a deposit equivalent to the value of the DVD player, and of course pay a rental fee. I give you my word that my wife is very easy on her possessions so it will be in good hands.....:thumbsup

why spend only $30? almost every electronics store has at least a 15 day return policy no questions asked. I bought one a few years ago at walmart, a pretty nice one was over 200. Returned it 2 weeks later never asked or cared why.
