New winner last week in Hamrhead! Geez...two upset pics I had made (KC and DET) really didn't pan out. But thank goodness for the Rams!!! The only thing I can attribute my poor picks last week was due to the stress of my wedding being on saturday, lol. I didn't even have the energy to watch a single game on sunday, lol.
Here's the results:
Hamrhead-10
Brian-9
cruisn'-9
skeletor-9
Holeshot-9
Me-8
lit666-8
BossLx-8
DirtyMax-7
StanMan-7
Okay...on to next weeks games. Please copy and paste these:
OAK @ BAL
ARI @ CAR
TB @ DAL
WAS @ DET
BUF @ MIA
STL @ NE
SD @ NO
KC @ NYJ
ATL @ PHI
CLE @ JAC
CIN @ HOU
NYG @ PIT
SEA @ SF
Mon, Oct 27
IND @ TEN
My picks:
OAK @ BAL- Even in the win, OAK looked bad. BAL follows up a good road win with a home win.
ARI @ CAR- ARI might be favored were they the home team...alas, they are not. CAR by two TD's.
TB @ DAL- Though DAL has a history of falling apart when things get tough, they'll get it together for the win here.
WAS @ DET- I don't like this pick as WAS isn't a very reliable team...however, DET finds ways to lose, and is therefore the safer bet to continue to lose even at home.
BUF @ MIA- I'll stubbornly keep picking against the overrated bills.
STL @ NE- Wow, what a MNF performance for NE. They'll continue to build on their success with another home win.
SD @ NO- This is a tough pick...neither team is home, both are away. Both will be affected by the travel. Both will be not only in an unfamiliar stadium, but with fans unfamiliar of the flow of the game. It's a coin toss here, and I'm going with the strong arm of brees.
KC @ NYJ- KC would make a pretty decent college team you know...
ATL @ PHI- both teams are rested and ready...phi is the better team however.
CLE @ JAC- Jac by 9
CIN @ HOU HOU has had a cupcake schedule...this would be an easy game to trip up on, however, the safer bet is they win.
NYG @ PIT-NYG is doing what they always do...falter till their backs are against the wall. Backs aren't against the wall yet, so a loss is expected by my reckoning.
SEA @ SF- Two horrid left coast teams...I really don't know who or how to pick this one. Call it a lucky guess if I get it right.
Mon, Oct 27
IND @ TEN-I really don't think Peyton lets the team coast through another loss like they coasted against the packers. Jeez was that bad. They'll come out like bats out of hell against the titans.
lol...I pick almost all the home teams this week. Marriage has done made me stupid methinks! :goof
