I know that. But there was also talk in the past few weeks of a push for a second stimulus package. Which I'm all for because it will be converted to car parts :) Slim chance obviously.

The fact that oil is dropped to under $70 and gas is less then $1 cheaper should be treated as a stimulus package.

Umm 700 billion divided by the world population of low end 6 billion equals $116

Maybe I did this wrong but $700 billion divided by 300 million (US population last year = 303 million) came out to $2,333 each person in the US.
