That house is amazing. Only thing I didn't like was the mater bed room was HUGE(this is good) but the master bath is TINY!!!!!

But with a garage set up like that, I would get over it lol.

though there would be more acres of land for this price. its a nice home but the price i think is alittle high for not much land with it.

Workshop isn't tall enough for a lift so I'd have to pass.

Either that or cut a hole in the ceiling and have an open floor living room.

first thing I thought up also. Its a neat set up but still not large enough for what I'd ultimately want. My next house is going to be 625 sq. feet with a 2800 sq. foot garage :rolf

Yeah I'd like a nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath house with a 10 car garage.

Or maybe I should say I'd like a 10 car garage with a 1 bedroom/1 bath attached.

I don't know New Berlin that well but I think 1.2 acres is a pretty nice size?
