I am looking for some spots to pursue one of my favorite game animals....the gray squirrel:rolf Seriously, I love hunting them. So, if you have a patch of land where you wouldn't mind me pursuing them, please PM me. I would only hunt them weekday mornings/early afternoons, and if there's a cornfield bordering your woods, I would never have to go more than 50 yards into the woods. I know most people own hunting land for deer, and I wouldn't want to screw anyones deer hunting up, but hopefully this minimally invasive, bassackwards schedule won't interfere with someone who will be kind enough to allow me to whack some bushytails. They are FINE eating if you've never had them BTW, and I would be happy to skin and prepare them for frying if the land owner would like to try some:thumbsup

Oh, and I only use a .22, no shotguns, and take head shots only, so no damage to any meat, no bb's in the meat, and no loud bangs to spook deer into the next parcel:thumbsup

you're about 4 miles from some fine public hunting grounds...Jackson Wildlife Marsh. go to the DNR website and check it out http://www.dnr.wi.gov/org/land/er/sna/sna278.htm
there's also the Allenton Marsh http://www.dnr.wi.gov/org/land/wildlife/wildlife_areas/allenton.htm

Squirrels are an awful fun animal to hunt with a .22, that's for sure.

True but IMO it's even more fun with a .17HMR
