Nice boat ya got there cat, how much did you pay for it? what size engine is in it? Invest in a fishing pole with a tennis ball on the end, you'll need it!
Dang it Coop, wish I knew you had a boat, I got rid of mine shortly after moving up here cuz I was tired of going to the pond alone. Had a Dumas 43" Hydroplane with an OS .60 man, that thing FLEW!

I used to have an international hobbies Bud Light Champ boat. Drove like a real boat, trim up, down , left, right with a .60 OS engine. Was really cool and fast. then my brother crashed it on the rocks. Used to go about 70 mph!

Have 2 Aquacraft Mini Rios for the junior mints to practice with, hopefully this thing works like it does on You tube. Looks pretty fast!

Coop what do you have? we should get these things in the water before it freezes-then we will have to worry about our beer freezin also! Although, I think I drink to fast for it to freeze anyhow. Going to nee dsome time to tune etc.

Love the smell of NITRO!

I think mine will go in a circle pretty good, but left turns arent supposed to be that much fun!

Got it for $50 w/out the radio. Bought a new radio at Hobby Town in Delafield for $54. Kiddies and I installed ina bout 1 hr. Looks like everything works fine. Need to some waterproofing and then ready to hit the water. Bought some 20% nitro and a glow plug igniter, all in at around $100!!

Should be worth the price of admission if it works as promised!

I used to have a nitro vee fun boat used to have the return to shore system that when the motor died it had an elec. motor to pilot it back to you for more fuel. was fun but i'm not that into nitro any more. I got ripped off on a trade with it many years ago and am still pissed off to this day. I've been looking for a decent elec boat to put a huge motor in and octura props :D speed with elec.

There is a guy witha cool electric Pro Boat BlackJack 26 on CL. I think he is asking $300. Saw some cool vids on You Boob.

Looks like a neat, fast electric catamaran.

I like the Villain too. I am a little concerned about the Hydroplane not being able to go through any kind of chop? Hope it goes fast! Has a .15 motor. Hopefully we will see soon!

I sure am goofing off from work today!

a .15 is a pretty small motor, but depending on the size of the boat, it should scoot along just fine. my 1/8 scale hydroplane had a .60 OS engine and it was almost too powerful- threw a HUGE rooster tail which was cool, but wasnt very stable. Just like the real hydroplane race boats, they "walk" or "teeter" on top of the water instead of cutting thru it.
you'll have a blast though.

Now you just need to replace your motors with a V12 engine

Took the new boat out for its maiden voyage last night! Goes pretty good! Everything was working great unitl the radio box got wet! Lost all control and it crashed into the shore at full speed! Had some broken parts, luckily, had some replacement ones and was able to fix the bent ones. No damage to the hull--luckily!

All fixed and ready to go again--anyone interested in playin boats???

Also got 2 Aqua Racer Mini Rios for the boys to play with. Just got those yesterday!! They seem to go pretty good also!
