A 20-year-old West Allis man was arrested Sunday after police said he used a chain saw to cut his brother's entertainment center in half during an argument in the 1200 block of South 110th Street.
Police allege Anthony Stover and his brother were in an argument before Stover got a gas-powered chain saw from his garage and began cutting up his brother's entertainment center.
His brother feared for his safety and called police.
According to the criminal complaint, Stover was angry because his brother dumped out his body-building powder after Stover drank his brother's vitamin energy drink.
Stover was charged Monday with disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon, a Class B misdemeanor. If convicted, Stover could face up to 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000.
