Probably because after all the spammers yesterday they did a little clean up of people that haven't been on in a long time. That would be my guess.

we get emails when someone registers... you can tell right away with the names they use or the first post being complete BS, Someone reports the post and we get an email. Delete the post and kill the account.

Registration now requires you to answer a question, so bots cant submit for registration.
