The question is. How do you register a car with a salvage title?

Like any other car, I'm assuming it's a rebuilt salvage

You have some sides, interiors and such shots? I know my neighbors are looking for a car for their kid.

Yes it is! It has already been title once since this has been stamped on the bottom of the title, there is no problem its just to let whomever is buying it thats its a rebuilt salvage and yes it shows up on carfax, so car dealers dont try to charge the price of a perfect one.

Hows the compression? Check it at all? Know when timing/water pump was last done? Trans solid in all gears, no slipping?

Makes me miss my 91 TSi...I think I'm the only one that digs the interiors on these things. If this were stick it'd be a fun car to pick up.

Every dsm ive ever owned was m/t untill my talon. A/t can be fun to drive, It has its perks

you realize stock tranny with a shift kit and torque convert can handle low 10 second passes.

and the fun goes out the window with your "stock" tranny making a "10 second" pass.

Personal opinion, automatics in DSM's can blow goat balls.
