Could I just give him a chain saw and point him to a tree? BTW the rear window hatch does open, he just doesn't know how to do it. And the driver side rear door is an intermittent thing, sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. Slow jow, I hope you can get it. The leaks he talks about are seal leaks, so the motor needs work in that area. I would just stuff a V8 in there.

The Riv is at JJs on HWY 36 near Muskego, I haven't seen it yet, my Son in law is a shop bitch there. Sez it's a California car. They tried to sell it at Jefferson last weekend. I guess it's a cream color.

Eh, the guy seems to be a little in left field. He said he paid "$600 for it, put $45 worth of gas in it, and paid $100 listing it in places" oh and he can get "$250 from the scrapper without the wheels"... I'd have to look at the car, but I don't think it's worth much more than $300...

It really isn't worth much more than that. I mean it's a neat car and all but needs a lot. Basically, I sold it real cheap and I feel I got what it was worth. If some one can get more for it, fine and dandy. Obviously he had the hot fantods for it, and realized he wasn't ready to do the work it needed. It would be a shame to see it go to the salvage yard, though. here's a better pic. BTW, the weekend before I bought my new car, I drove it to Upper Michigan and it ran great and no trouble.

LORD AIR GTAR:On that RIV, the price seems low I am surprised it didnt sell at Jefferson, complete in rusty but drivable shape they bring a good 3-4 grand.
I know 36, I know most Muskego but dont know JJ's, is it near Frey Day ? Thanks I might go look at tomorrow. :thumbsup
