I have on that i might be getting. Are the last year 5.0's Strong or are they weak motors. Or what is the weakest point of them.

I like my '94. The motor is pretty much the same thing as the fox body 5.0's.

I'd say that the weak part the fact that the '94/'95 5.0's don't have forged pistons like the older 5.0's and the car is a bit heavier then a fox body, plus the body is kinda fugly.

But the plus side is you already have 5-lug wheels, 4 wheel disc brakes, and the newer style chassis.

weak point will be hte T5, I have had mine for 2 full seasons now, and have probably 15 bottles of spray though it..... started off with a 100 jet... was fun for a while but then i went to the 200 shot (not reccomended) I also have the Trick Flow upper and lower intake, 3.73 gear. car is a blast but now the trans is showing its weak points. I would take the 95 over any 4.6 Mod motor bullshit out there!!

ok, well i do recall a few people telling me, including your self that it didnt have the right gear in it, because at the street races on time i asked you how fast you were going at the end of the race and you said idk it said like 110 but it dosnt have the right spedo gear in it so...

/\/\, you are correct, but it ended up being this POS aftermarket white cluster cover that is built for a V6... so needless to say the needle was in the right position, but the gauge cover had the wrong spacing for the MPH

Impossible Story. Street Racing doesn't occur in WI.

I had a 94 5.0 as well back in the day. And Jon is right, the only thing that ever went bad was the stock T5. And boy did she grenade good! World Class installed... under warranty... cool service writer FTW.

I am a fan of the SN-95 body style mustangs. The 94-95 are my favorite because they still have the windsor motor in it. I have heard from a few guys the computer is touchy, like MLGT said.

The body is more rigid and has less flex than it's foxbody predecessors however, they are a tad more heavy as well, I have heard it's only 2-300 hundred pounds more.

I REALLY like the interiors much better than the fox-body. I know a guy with a really nice black SN-95 however he only drives it once every leap year. :rolf

Did you put both the driven and drive speedo gears? When I put in my 3.73 (in my '95) I called late model restoration and asked them what speedo gear to put in and they told me the red driven gear was all I needed. This was like 3 years ago... Now I see on their website a kit for T-5 cars with 3.73 gears, that would have been nice... What do you need to do to install the drive gear?

I've considered getting rid of my new edge for a SN95, just because I'd rather build a pushrod engine

Get it right. I don't drive it on the leap year. -Reference- (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_leap_years) So you know when I won't be driving it again. http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Others/arrow-156.gif

I like the body style, and interior over the Nintendo interior of my foxes. No forged pistons but who cares ya gonna end up building it up anywayz. I think Trans input length is diff for the fox T5 not sure though. 4wdb 8.8, Plus you got SN95 spindels and 5 lug for big brake, most foxes kill for that, its heavier though.. Damn wish I had one:drool: T5's last as long as underwear at a whorehouse anywayz.
