Q: 24hr bars in Milw on NY?

Well, looks like this year I might have New Year's Eve off. I'm not sure yet where I'll be. If I'm in Milw, I realized I'm not familiar with any of the Bars that stay open 24 hours for New Year's. I'm familiar with most of the Madison bars that stay open all night, can you guys help me out with the Milw ones?
What Milwaukee area bars stay open all night on New Year's Eve? Which are best? Most casual? Least amount of smoking? (yes, I noticed it's a city law that everybody must smoke after 10pm, but I'm optimistic)

I suggest "Mels on Water" they are open till 5 on new years, I always have a good time down on water street.
