P90X? anybody have/use it?

I was on Chitown and a guy said his buddy got beefy, anybody use it on here and can say the same? Checked it out and looks a lil HARDCORE but if sheet works maybe give it a shot. I am not a health guru or nuthing just wanna see if someone had other good results.:dance:dance

I have it. Its very hardcore. 60 minute workouts. You have to be very strict on the entire thing or it wont work. It includes meal plans and other stuff that you have to do or its just another workout.
