A Kentucky man has reached an infamous milestone: he has been arrested 1,000 times since 1992.

Well at least he is good at what he does

funny you say that, it would probably cost more to throw him in jail.It costs ~$50k/yr for each inmate in waukesha county jail.If anything, transfer him out of your state, otherwise were paying no matter what he does.

^Ok around 7000 arrests for being drunk in public.
I remember hearing about some thing in San Fran I believe (heard it on Mike Savage show) that the gubmint was trying a new program for homeless drunkards who had problems like this guy where the gubmint would "rent" the homeless drunk bums an apartment in a planned ghetto/homeless drunkard filled apt. building.
There was a van that would take the drunk bums to the liquor store to get their stuff and then bring them back to the drunk palace to chill and drink.
Sounded absolutely ridiculous and Savage decimated the idea.
