Block is bored and decked, crank is fully machined on
both rods and mains. 8 matching rods, unknown if
they have been sized but no bearings have ever spun
in them, look good. $100 obo, maching alone surely
cost more.

I dont have my bore gauge here at home, I'll replace
my battery in my dial indicator for overbore and under
grind this weekend if anybody here is interested. Going
on Craigslist this week so let me know I need the space.

Im not a big Ford guy so if you have any question I'll
gather part numbers for exact info, definately a cast
crank is all I can tell for sure, got it with a truckload
of parts in a vehicle sale.

LMK, about the block. You can keep the rods/Crank i just would need the block. Give me what bore size it is as well as what machineing has been done.

Thanks

Mic's to be 4.030" , still at work will double check tonight with
dial bore. Its decked but I can see the steam port stain so its
got to be light pass. There is no apearance of being bore aligned
and the caps are bagged up seperate to confirm that. The block
has definately been boiled by the absence of frost plugs, new oil
galley plugs already in. Just needs assembly, $149.99 and I'll throw
in a perfectly ground crank with 8 rods and you can drink all the
Milwaukee's Best I have while we load it up.

Darn, i needed a 4.030 to be final for my piston/ring setup.

I would have to have slightly bore with block plate for my heads, and that would push me over.

The motor is "bored" not "honed". Final honing for your
forged pistons depends on the brand, they will all have
different skirt and crown clearnaces.

Im going to have another 5.0 here this coming week,
running/driving 89 Im steeling the FI setup from and
will have another paperweight to move if you want stock.
70k miles, never been apart.
