Downtown West Allis car show!

Sunday October 5th.

This is a really nice show. They close off Greenfield Ave. and pack it full of cars. We had a blast last year. I know the car show doesn't meet Gramps SS's approval but trust me, its a blast. :thumbsup

Last year they charged 10 bucks admission, we are already paying taxes to the city and they are very unclear for what they use the money for. I don't participate in this show any longer, especially since the city of West Allis usually denies any request for show permits within the city limits when they aren't running it themselves.

$10 admission to show a car? Or just to walk around Pork? I knew you had to pay to show a car...

and I believe that the money is being used for the BID (Business Improvement District) to help fund improvements for Downtown West Allis. It was plastered all over the shirts and giveaways last year.

This isn't a BCM friendly show. Only for old dudes in lawn chairs that won't rev their cars over 3 grand.

i make ONE comment on a show that i have been going to for years..and i don't hear then end of it.....that comment was made 2 years ago...let it go already...your starting to sound like someone else......

I will definately go. I love looking at those cars. I get too nervous to put my cars in the show (parking them that close to other cars gets to me) but I will be there!

P.S. Fuck west allis...they gave me a ticket for aftermarket exhaust, and its $15 to register at the door. :flipoff2:
