Is there a site that works like a scanner for the police in the burbs (Tosa , West Allis ,etc) ? I found an old thread about one but it looks like it just has fire dept. stuff.
I already have a computer and don't want to buy a scanner (yes I am cheap:rolf )

Are the "MABAS"'s police?

MABAS is Mutual Aid Fire. At this point I don't think any of the Burb PD's or Milwaukee for that matter have made it online. I know the guys over at Wisconsinfirefeeds.com were discussing it and looking for someone to host it. If I find anything Ill post it up.

There is Wisconsin Incident Alert, which is an email group. People monitoring scanners can post confirmed in-progress incidents and then they are automatically sent out to any subscribed members. You can check it out and subscribe here.
