1993 Ford Tempo Automatic 130k miles 650 bucks

Was used by my girlfriends roommate as a daily driver for the last 4 years. She was trying to sell it for 1200 bucks until this morning when the water pump froze and snapped the serp belt. Its an automatic, manual locks and windows and not terribly rusty. The car is located in Racine off of 22nd and Chicory.

Same response as last time, its 650 bucks :) Haha, I don't have my camera down here and I'm not going to spend 25 bucks in gas to drive home and back to take pictures of someone elses 650 dollar car ;)

Maybe next time I come down I will take some pictures. Its a pretty nice car for 650 bucks, not sure how big of a job a water pump is on this car.

Are you sure its the water pump that broke? These cars have bad problems with the crank pulleys blowing out. Did it make a rattling noise at idle and then when you give it gas it would go away. Im wondering cause i have a tempo for a winter car and it did something similar to this. Good luck with sale :thumbsup

Beagle, that's AKA the harmonic balancer... :rolf

The water pump pulley is froze up, everything else spins freely. The belt burned up and snapped at the water pump.
